Vestec - Make the acquaintance of an exceptional project of twelve pieces of lands in the village Třebotov intended for the construction of individual family houses. In our opinion, this is one of the most beautiful locations offered by the OPTREAL to its clients up to know. We found an exceptional place in absolutely healthy environment of the protected area of Czech Karst that grips everyone with its wonderful atmosphere.
The Třebotov village is located in the Prague-West District in the Central Bohemian Region, only 3 kilometres from the edge of Prague (3 km from Radotín, 11 km from Velká Chuchle and 19 km from Smíchov). A location with twelve plots ranging from 2 024 to 2 976 m2 is located in the south-western part of the village. Even though this village edge, new plots are not located on its periphery. On the contrary, they naturally fill the existing vacancy. From the north, east and south, they are bordered with only a few houses and their gardens, while westwards the space opens into fields and meadows. Only a few dozen meters from the site, there is an entrance to the large mixed forests, which positively influences both the environment and the overall atmosphere of this wonderful place.
The immediate surroundings of the village is ideal for trips to the natural or cultural landmarks and the whole area is literally interlaced with a wide range of places designated as protected landmark or natural reservation. The most famous sites include for example the Karlštejn castle or Koněprusy caves. A new location invites to a number of additional year-round activities. In summer time it can be walking through the woods, various tours or bike rides, and golf lovers can improve their skills at two nearby golf courses - 8 km and 13 km distant golf courses Albatros in Vysoký Újezd and Karlštejn. The neighbouring area is also ideal for cross-country skiing in winter.
